High Energy AA Batteries (60-Pack), Double A Alkaline Batteries

I bought couple of these battery bundles and all have leak in their original package and on many of my devices. Three computer mice are damaged and couple of TV remotes were almost damaged. I was able to clean up the tv removes and used different brand of batteries, but not successful with the mice. I don't know if HD would give me a refund since I bought them at the end of 2021. I will try to submit a claim to Rayovac for the damage devices, and hoping to get a positive response.

Bought C, AA and AAA. They were nearly dead out of the package. Some worked for a couple minutes then died. Some wouldn't work at all. This was in many different devices. More like "NO ENERGY"

Successive lots of these have had many leak all over the place less than 6 months from retail purchase, in conditions that aren't below freezing or over 110°F. YRWF3 was the first lot. ORGF2 was the replacement lot. Since the ORGF2 leaks were detected after Home Depot's return period, I reported that lot on 8/8/2022 to RayovacConsumerServices@energizer.com (the same address used for emailing back and forth about YRWF3) - almost 9 months later there's STILL NO RESPONSE. Won't be buying again.

I'm filing a claim for the bad batteries. I have had several start leaking and damage electronics. Saving a buck to only kill a $100 game camera is not smart. And there, the batteries are failing in the box without ever being used. Still 5 years of supposed life left.

I've had 2 packs of 60 batteries that have a 10 year warranty. I purchased them about 4 years ago for emergency back up. I checked them and more than half of them have leaked.

We go through so many AA batteries and when I saw this 60 pack, I had to get it. They work great, are long lasting and very affordable.

i got these batteries a little while ago on black friday. today i go to turn on my Bosch GCL 2-160 Laser level and i find that it doesnt work. turns out that one of these cheap batteries leaked inside the laser level and ate through the electronics. it ruined my $200 tool. i use this thing 2 or 3 times a month and now i have to go get a new one. spare yourself some pain and buy some good batteries, not this junk.

These batteries are terrible. Performance sucks, and they leak and damage devices even when they're not abused. They're just not made the way they once were when AA powered digital cameras were a major user of batteries. Never buying them again. Strike 1: I used a set of them in my old Canon digital camera. The battery life was very underwhelming. Camera gave me low battery warning and shut down after only 10-15 pictures.. without using flash and they were fresh out of package with expiration of Nov 2026. I bought Duracell batteries from a convenience store and that set lasted many times as long. Strike 2: Expiration date Nov 2026 from that same package. lot IOMF1. I noticed my multimeter suddenly stopped turning on. Pulled the battery out and found one of them had leaked and caused the battery holder to corrode on my $300 meter. They were not drained. They were not abused in anyway. The meter uses four batteries. Started off with all four fresh from the same package. They all read 1.4+ volts, even the one that leaked. Strike 3: I had one AAA battery that was flat/0v right out of package. Expiry Nov 2026, lot IOMF2
