A: Generally speaking Home Depot will honor what's on their website so you should be good to go as long as you have the receipt (or paid with a credit card as they should be able to pull it up if it's less than 18 months ago - I think). I'm amazed it broke on you in the first place as I have the same shovel and have put it through a lot.
A: I haven't used this shovel very much. I certainly hope the handle doesn't break in half. I'm sorry, I cannot answer a warranty question. I suggest you contact Home Depot Customer Service.
A: Yes take it to homedepot for a replacement .
A: Do I take it to home depot or do I have to ship it to you guys?
A: This shovel carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect.
A: No. With very few exceptions, warranties are always handled via the manufacturer, not the retailer. In this case, you would need to contact the manufacturer, not The Home Depot.
A: Yes as long as they have one in stock. I had only 1 time where the local home depot did not have one- they were on the truck due to be in in about 15 minutes. They put the refund on a gift card. Every other time I returned one (I subject them to severe duty heavy clay roots rocks) it was immediate and no hassle
A: The warranty is not managed at the store. The warranty is managed by the manufacturer. You'll need to contact the manufacturer.
A: I don't know the answer to your question. I suggest contacting Home Depot Customer Service.
