Works
I installed a tankless water heater and used Teflon tape on the threaded connections. I couldn’t get the to stop leaking. This product did the trick. No waiting, worked immediately.

Great sealant
Used Teflon tape to cover thread on hot water tank hose, and it still was leaking. Used T + 2 and NO LEAK. Great product. I will be using T + 2 on all my piping needs and more.

Seal instantly
The sealant was easy to apply. It helped me sealing the brass fitting adapter to the garden water pipe. Upon application, you can turn the water on right away, don't need to wait for anything to dry.

In my opinion this product is better than teflon.
If you are trying to replace a brass compression fitting using the original ferrel and nut, just goop a little of this product on old ferrel and a small amount on the male threads of the new fitting and you should get a water tight fit on the first try.
