Q:Does the adhesive damage paint or does it come off easily?

Answer This Question

A:  It does not damage paint and very simple to put up and take down. They’re a temporary fix. But they can be raised and lowered with the clips provided. Wouldn’t recommend taking them down because the sticky tape sticks to the shade.

            A:  No, there's an adhesive strip that attaches inside the upper frame. I added a couple thumb tacks for extra measure. Had 'em for about a year and no problems.

              A:  It uses double sided tape. So no drilling needed.

                A:  No drilling, no mess! They have a heavy duty tape and they stick onto the top of the window sill. The shades stay up for quite a long time. Mine are going on one and a half years. I have new ones to put up when I do spring cleaning.

                    A:  Hello Lovina, our Original shades are offered in sizes 36"W x 72"L, and 48" x 72". Both the width and length can be cut. If you need a wider shade, you can overlap the shades as shown here, https://redishade.com/how-to-cover-extra-wide-windows/ . If you need a longer length, you can place two shades end to end and cut off any excess material. Redi Shade Customer Care

                        We love using these in our RV. They are inexpensive, easy to use, and immediately freshen up and brighten the space. My only complaint would be that the sticky backing is a little too light and doesn’t hold if the wall is too warm. We just applied a hearty double sided tape to the back and they’re holding fine now.
