I have 2700 sq ft of floor space. the attic is only ~5 ft tall. How much attic space do I have?
Great question. I would say 2700 ft.². If you have a gable vent, then I suggest two Gable fans.
Does it come with an external cover/louvers? There's nothing shown on the product pictures, but it's listed as a part of the description.
It does not come with louvers. It’s designed to go against the existing gable vent in your attic, which should already have louvers on the outside.
Can direction of air be reversed if needed?
The motor and blade only blows in one direction. However, you can mount the fan at any angle or direction you wish. Hope that helps.

Is there a on and off switch on the thermostat
Well, you wouldn’t necessarily want an on off switch for the thermostat because you want the thermostat to work regardless. However, if you’re asking, can you turn the fan on or off or can you control the thermostat settings? You would need our Wi-Fi controller as an accessory. However, take a look at the fan out of the box. It works great without any other accessories.
Can it be mounted on the side of a building/
Can you disconnect the thermostat so the unit runs anytime the solar panels have sun?
