Answer

That is our situation - but this slides just 1/8" past the front of the oven door. Since we have a pull down oven door it works. If it were sliding past another cabinet there would be 1/2"+ clearance. It will not clear handles that protrude into its path.

Do they make these for wall blind corner cabinets?

I had a similar situation with an oven next to the cabinet. The problem is that the clearances required for this unit are complex. Assuming that your cabinet depth and width are in line with the Rev-A-Shelf specs, the first dimension that is critical is the clear (faceframe opening minus any hinge protrusion into that opening) opening of the cabinet door it will be within. The Rev-A-Shelf website gives you the minimum but if you have more than that you will be able to place the unit off center to the opening to gain more clearance to your stove and it’s handles. The unit is designed to clear the average cabinet handle/pull/knob once it is pulled out and you want to slide it sideways, about 1.5 to 2 inches depending on how you place it laterally in the cabinet. You may be able to increase that by placing the Unit as close to the inside face of the cabinet as possible. I the know this sounds complicated, and it is but this unit is really outstanding in its functionality. It’s worth it to get it and work through the math!

will this unit work in a blind corner that has a DRAWER at the top?

Answer

Yes, it will. Ours is installed in a unit with drawer above the cabinet.

all the pictures are moving from pull out and slide to the right...can it pull out and go left??

Answer

Yes this particular unit is Universal as in it will work in Blind Left and Blind Right cabinets. So yes, it will work in both types.

I have a 14 inch opening. Is there enough flexibility to still use this, or is that too small? Thanks!

It will be tight but you may have room. I checked mine at our cottage this weekend. The only caution is that you'll need the clearance on the 2 sides of cabinets next to this organizer. We LOVE ours but were working with an 17" clearance. Hope this helps you out.

What are the dimensions of the baskets themselves?

The baskets are 11 3/4 inches wide, 16 1/2 inches deep, and 3 1/2 inches high. We love this item!!

I ordered this to fit in a new corner cabinet and the dimension requirements were clear so I could order my cabinet with the appropriate opening. The directions were perfect and clear. The mechanism works great and I like the way the shelves easily lift out. It really holds a heavy load. One handle was a bit wonky and the company was great about sending a new part. Great use of space and no more climbing on my knees to access it.
