How do you reverse the track? I've tried loosening the screws but they won't budge and are stripping. Would love some advice. Thanks!

Sorry, but there are (3) nuts that you can loosen with the correct size wrench. Sometimes you can do it by hand, but better to use a wrench. You should be able to unscrew pull top plate apart from the slide assembly and reverse. If it is too difficult or you think that it is stripped, you can certainly contact Rev-A-Shelf and we will replace at no charge

Ues it is 14" when not extended and of course almost doubles when extended.

Can the be mounted on the right side and slide out to the right instead of to the left as it is shown in the picture?

Yes. For left hand applications, remove acorn nuts, rotate face plate 180 degrees, reattach and tighten acorn nuts.

I would highly recommend this if there is the possibility of changing mounting side.
