No more "Cold Water Sandwich"
A great solution for tankless water heater not close to the kitchen sink. Sufficient immediate hot water to start washing/rinsing dishes. For kitchen sink cabinet with flexible water lines, compression fittings, extra (non-switched) electrical outlet (15+ amp), garbage disposal w/dishwasher connection - simple to install with minimal parts and effort.

Great Product
Kitchen faucet was too far from hot water heater and took too long to get hot water. I Just installed it and so far so good. Installation went easier that I was expecting after buying a 1/2'' female to 3/8'' male pipe fitting and drain tube.

Bad thermostat, terrible customer support
I'll start this by saying that I'm a Master Plumber. With that said, I'm terribly disappointed in the quality of this heater. The thermostat went bad within the first month of use. The element was stuck on so the water heated to over 170 degrees. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I've now been on the phone numerous times for several hours at this point, trying to get Rheem/Eemax (Eemax makes this unit for Rheem) to send me the correct parts. Very disappointed. Will not recommend this or Rheem.

Awesome product
We have been living with the issue of it taking forever to get hot water to our kitchen sink and dishwasher as the water line comes from a second story attic. This water heater was the solution. Easy to plumb and works great. After completing the plumbing I plugged it in and had hot water in minutes. No more issues wasting water waiting for it to get hot. Great water heater for small spaces and point of use locations.

Works well. Plan your required parts for install.
Kitchen faucet, farthest from house water heater took nearly 1 gal of water before hot water would appear. Now hot water is almost instantaneous and continuous until water from main hot water tank arrives. With prior planning of what parts are needed and amp requirements install went smoothly and operation is good. Just a few days of optimizing the temperature with the control knob and measuring the water temp with a thermometer.

Just what i needed.
Since this new bathroom is very far from water heater, hot water was taking up to a minute to come out. Its very nice to have hot water instanly. Love the temperature knob, it can be adjusted as needed.
Very easy to install, and doesnt need a dedicated circuit.

My old faucet took about 2 minutes to deliver hot...
My old faucet took about 2 minutes to deliver hot water to my kitchen faucet. Now I have instant, very hot, water at my kitchen faucet. I use the kitchen sink many times a day and I was wasting a lot of water in the past. The tank's hot water lasts only about a minute but usually that's long enough for quick washes and other things.
