Q:I need an upper element for a model MR85245, 85 gallon Rheem water heater. The nut is a size 1 7/8, not the standard 1 1/2 inch and I cannot seem to find this part anywhere. Please help!

      Q:I have a Marathon MR40245B and wanting to replace upper element. Rheem's site specifies part SP610160, Copper Fused. Yet, at numerous sites, this identical part number is showing it as UF meaning unfused. Which is it, fused or unfused or doesn't it ma?

Replacement was easy and though I also plan to replace the lower element, the water now comes out steaming not and I mean steaming hot. By DYI the element and also using the $10 tool, I saved $400.
