1 of 2 elements leaked between plastic and metal
After drain, installation, and refill I discovered 1 water heater element had a small leak between the plastic and metal of the face plate. The nearest Home Depot store and the 2 nearest plumbing supply stores did not carry any similar replacement parts and it took weeks to get the original elements delivered. We've been without hot water for 2 days and it was a total hassle!
