Easy product for DIY to install with Sharkbite ball valves. Moderate weight made possible for one person to move with the help of lift and pulleys. I've had this for three weeks and it seems to be very efficient. the only problem is with the Rheem website for warranty registration. Every time I enter the serial number it replies that the site is down for maintenance.

I am very displeased with this product.
Rheem model #X39S06EN38U1. I installed this item on 11/20/20 and everything was fine status light was flashing "blue" indicating normal operation. On12/21/20 there was no hot water coming through the pipes and the status light was flashing "9 red flashes" indicating chamber sensor failure. I tried calling Rheem's customer service and received a busy signal. Per Home Depot I'm not supposed to return, but rather contact Rheem. How do you contact them Rheem if the number provided gives you a busy signal.

The dimensions listed online are inaccurate and different from what’s on the box and what’s on the box is different from the tank itself. This lead to needing to modify the hookup and having a smaller tank then what I had originally.
