I brought one the Reme Performance Tankless Hot water heater it has been problem after problem never has worked right should be illegal to sale junk like this

Exactly what we needed
It was an easy install and works just like it should. It has been hooked up to 3 sinks for about 6 months now (as of 3/22) and we have had no issues with its performance. we are all very happy with this purchase

Wish I could give Minus Stars
I bought this three months ago. Would not turn on. Returned and got another. Same issue. Called tech support. Over and over and over. After multiple troubleshooting and parts replacements. They finally agreed to send another replacement. Guess what.. SAME PROBLEM. Electrician wired, Plumber installed. All three times. I GIVE. After tax $450 dollar paperweight.

Worst heater I’ve ever used
Installed this unit in the shop in the garage it’s heated and air-conditioned hot water is incredibly inconsistent it’ll get blazing hot and then go cold oh well washing your hands have also had to replace it twice within one year span

This Rheem Performance 3.5 Kw 120 volt Tankless electric water heater I have a simple question. On the pig tail connected to the unit the wires are labeled Red - Power, Black - Neutral, and Green - Ground. Why is the Black wire labeled Neutral when Black is considered an ungrounded conductor ??

I have an 750 sqft apt w/ a full bathroom, laundry & kitchen. The Rheem performance 6 tankless water heater is perfect for my apt needs. The installation was easy or straightforward including the plumbing. Instructions were simple. The water heater activates automatically on demand then it deactivated. Great! It saves lots of energy. Water came out hot enough as expected. I am very happy with this purchase.

Would not recommend for a kitchen sink- water only gets...
Would not recommend for a kitchen sink- water only gets up to 102. Designed for bathroom sink- 1/2 gal per minute- which it states on the box, but it also says it can handle up to 3 faucets. NON-adjustable temperature setting. Would recommend the 8kW model- it's only a few dollars more and has an adjustable temp setting. However, the size is more than double.
