Rheem's Prestige High Efficiency Liquid Propane Combi Boiler provides an efficient, continuous supply of domestic hot water used for faucets, showers, washing machines, etc.) and provides hydronic space heating for residential applications such radiant floors, baseboards, hydronic air handlers, etc. As a condensing combi boiler, heat is extracted from the units exhaust gases, allowing for higher efficiency and therefore helping you save on energy costs. With room air intake and the ability to use to use PVC venting, you can save considerable costs in venting materials and installation labor. Its 95% AFUE qualifies for valuable state and local rebates in select areas. Professional Sizing and Installation Recommended.

nothing but trouble.no one will work on these

works great sometimes. Other times looses pressure on the water heating and turns cold. Tried several listed Rheem companies and no one will work on it. Yes it might work fine, but if you have trouble with it you have to buy something else. 6 months old nothing but trouble

Works like a charm. Quieter than the 1st one I bought. I bought this one as a replacement after the original broke within 6 months of use not using the in flooring heating option just DHW. I think it was just a lemon but hoping the new one holds up. Either Rheem and Home Depot handled full reimbursement and replacement of the unit including removal and installation of the new one. Happy for now.

Too finicky / not reliable at all

I don't know why my first review was deleted - I bought the item from home depot directly. Had it professionally installed. The circ pump died within 30 days ($300). Now it constantly throws non-sense errors (failure to ignite, low pressure, fill despite being full, etc, and as a result it won't give domestic hot water, and teh heat shuts off at least once per night in the middle of the night. I guess this finickyness is common.

Seems to have better features then some more expensive brands. The auto fill for radiant is great! Was able to DIY the job myself with the 70 page instruction book and some YouTube videos

Delivery of this item took a month longer than the...

Delivery of this item took a month longer than the delivery date provided by Home Depot who uses a third party to deliver this item to your home; the combi boiler “could not be located”; once finally delivered a month and a half from the date of purchase online at Home Depot—and installed by my plumber— the new unit did not work. My plumber was on the phone with its Rheem customer service and a part needed to be replaced. The manufacturer delivered the part overnight; but my family household still went two days without hot water or heat in December because of initial non-working components. Between continual delivery issues and non working components on a brand new machine I will not recommend this product based on quality and Home Depot service/delivery which lacked organization and accountability.
