Must have 1” water line for max flow
Make sure you understand that to provide 11 gallons a minute, a 1” water line is required. Most homes have a 3/4” line from the meter and depending on water pressure, the max flow through a 3/4” line is around 5 gallons a minute. This means that no matter what the unit says it can supply, it can only supply as much as the incoming water line can provide. The image shows (2) 199 btu models that with incoming and outgoing lines of only 3/4”. Customer was oversold.

          Good investment
          1) I have no fear of hot water tank rusting and leaking 2) we have immediate and continuous hot water 3) our water bill has gone down slightly 3) gas is cheaper than electric
Lo e the recirculation feature. Instant hot water is great! Six months in service with zero issues.
              Randy's survey
Been using for two months. Like the endless hot water since there are several people living in my house and sometimes taking two showers at the same time. No problem with running out of hot water and it has no problem handling two showers at the same time. Dislike is even though I have the unit that has a pump built in and a thermal bypass so it can circulate it still has problems getting hot water as fast as I would like. And even though I have the temperature set at 135 it still takes too long to get really hot. Stays just warm for what seems like a long time.
Works, but takes a long time to get hot water.
Nice to have endless hot water. I don’t need to worry about the timing of dishes, clothes washing and showers.
                  Great product!
Love the on demand hot water. May need to have plumber add something so water reaches furthest faucet in bedroom but it’s minor.
                    Tankless Water Heater /outdoor installation
Met expectation. The most important is water in shower in upstairs bathroom is consistent in delivery on a constant temperature.
                      Surprisingly Quiet
I was quite weary of how noisy the pump was going to be. Based on reviews and stories people have told be with their tankless installs. Fortunately for me my washer and dryer are three times louder than the slight hum from this heater. So for that I am grateful. Other than that there are no complaints. The recirc is awesome. My shower now takes 5-10 seconds to receive hot water versus 5-10 minutes from before

In the mornings, it takes a good 2-3 minutes to warm up. Once it's warm, it's on. Several can shower at once without concern about taking too long of a shower before the water gets cold. I converted from an electric tank to gas tankless. Primarily because I live on the East Coast and we have our fair share of hurricanes and power outages. Now, with a portable power supply, I still have hot water.
