Q:The fan blade fell off the little thing that was holding it on . Is there a way to fix it without destroying the fan blade ?? If not is there anyway of getting a new blade that's attached to the part that's on the motor ?? Thank you

A:  Hi Trinity. Thank you for your question. No, the RoadPro 12-Volt Heavy-Duty Metal Fan is not waterproof. According to the manufacturer’s safe operating information listed on pg. 3 of the “Use and Care Manual”, an important safe guard for this unit is “To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plug, or unit in water or other liquid”. A:  I wouldn't think so, it's made for in your vehicle. It does look like it could be, but You would need to contact the company of manufacture to be sure.

    A:  Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their reply is, This is a pretty straight forward install. • Pick a suitable location for installation making sure the fan will not interfere with vision or become a safety hazard. • Drill three 1 /8" holes into the vehicle body matching the foot plate of fan. • Secure foot plate with tapping screws included. • Insert the included cushion between the plate and body. • Connect to your vehicle's 12-Volt power port.
