Hi, Thanks for your question. Qrevo pet pro (qrevo edge 5v1) comes with one dust bin, one dustbin filter, 2 mop mount, 2 mop cloth, one side brush. It does not bring spare mop cloth.

Do you have to use specific detergent ?
Hi, Thanks for your question. It's only suggested to add Roborock cleaning solution into the water tank. Different cleaning solution varies in formulation and it may potentailly damage the water tank. Moreover, the bubbles made by chemical substance in cleaner may cause the mopping feature to malfunction.
Does the fringe from oriental carpets get stuck

Hi, Thanks for your question. Qrevo can detect the rug can lift the mop mount. If you prefer to make the device avoid the rug, you can set it on roborock app.
You use the app to map them out and the map combined with the change in flooring it knows what to do. It’s very effective.
Does it work on 5G wifi

roborock answer is inaccurate! the black is a pro and the white is a standard. the pro has a split brush and the regular does not. the white also has less suction. very confusing and misleading. trying to figure out which one is which is really confusing
