The Sealer is used after the the Cleaner, before the Polish. Allow 30 minutes between sealing and polishing.
I would think the cleaner can be used before and after the sealer.
When you want to seal, you would do so after cleaning and before polishing. Allow 30 minutes between sealing and polishing. Recommend sealing every 12-18 months.
