Company isn’t answering warranty emails
I bought this backpack, and it lasted under a year. Ripped lining and handle broke. I reached out to get a replacement pursuant to the 5 year warranty. They responded asking me to send specific documentation which I did. They said they would reply within 48 hours about the matter but now it has been over 2 months. They will not communicate with me. I have sent several follow up emails. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

It’s so darn cute an roomy. Has many of the features we like but one of the zippers gets stuck. Guess I should always try that first before rolling out of the store , leaving the box and trashing the tags... BUT.... my daughter is in 5th grade and def needs a roomy rolling bag. I like it. Would be 5 stars if not for the broken zipper. I like that it doesn’t tip forward-which is what we dealt with in a pricier brand last year.

I love that it is large enough to hold their books, chromebook, lunch box, eg. I feel that the plastic starts chipping a bit on the outside of it at the bottom near the wheels. I do wish they made them a little taller but lighter in weight.
