The rod caps are plastic and thus the Finish is not a match to the rod. The release tabs of the caps appear on both sides so there's an ugly a slot on them. Would not rebuy.

I’m very happy with this product. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that the end fittings are plastic but in fairness they seem plenty sturdy enough for their intended use. Instructions were good and I had no issues installing it. The rod itself is made from coated steel. Good product at a reasonable price.
