Missing insert for finial

AnswerHi BikerChick, if your bought it on line, call 1-800-466-3337 and give them the information Rod Desyne Model # 4833-485 Internet # 204492572. They should be able to order the part or they can contact the vendor and have the part mailed to you.
What is the diameter of the rod? Is it 1 inch?

AnswerNo, this product features a 3/16 of an inch diameter telescoping rod.
Shouldn't the finals be mirror images of each other? When I put them on, one faces up and the other one down.

These curtain rods are exactly what I had been looking for. We bought these especially because of the leaf design of the finial and the satin nickel finish. They were easy to install in order to insure a beautiful outcome. I would definitely consider buying these again and would recommend them to other customers.

Nice product, my lights and other stuff in bathroom have leaves so this a nice addition. When you slide the 2 rods together, they are notch so look when sliding together. The leaves just push into the ends, no screwing them in.
