Just the right size for two of us
Our neighbor bought a flat top and loves it so we started looking at griddles. The Royal Gourmet looked big enough for our needs. It looked great out of the box, it was well packaged and easily assembled in a few minutes. The instructions are a bit wonky - the diagram shows a 4mm gap and the instruction says "several inches" to mount the griddle off the base. Because of sloped concrete patios and driveways a level table top is not going to happen. I leveled the griddle plate where we will most often use it then sloped it slightly towards the drain. Tighten up the remaining nuts to avoid wobble after your adjustments. The griddle is easy to cook on, easy to control heat, easy to clean up afterward. I made a small cart for the 20 lb propane tank so everything is on wheels. We're planning to use it a lot in the future.

Got this as a gift for my dad and he loves it. Perfect for him and his girlfriend when camping, they just retired and go out camping a lot. They prefer cooking breakfast on this than in the kitchen of their 5th wheel.

So far I really like the Royal Gourmet 3 burner portable gas grill/griddle. It has the Piezo ignition system which makes it simple to use. It's portable and easy to move or take on the go for camping, tailgating etc... Has a drip cup underneath and makes it easy to clean up. It came with a cover which is nice. There are 3 ring shaped stainless steel burners which provides 9,000 BTU's each for a combined 27,000 BTU's to get an even temperature when cooking. Has a good sized porcelain enamel coated cooktop and a stainless steel control panel. I'm enjoying using this little grill and I don't use my big grill anymore.

The 3-burner Propane Gas griddle comes complete with a 3 foot long regulator hose. The only user supplied item is a propane tank (I used a 20 pound tank). The assembly consists of installing 4 adjustable mounting screws upon which the griddle sets and the 4 foot pads. The unit is portable although I found it easier to move the burner assembly separated from the cast iron griddle. It is important to have the unit sitting on a stable level surface so the cooking grease goes to the attached collection cup. Do not use the unit in close proximity to wall surfaces or under covered porch ceilings as the heat could melt vinyl materials or ignite flammable materials.
Once connected to the propane tank, turn each of the burner knobs (one at a time) to the ignite position and press the red electronic igniter button. Mine lit each burner on the first try. Each burner is individually adjustable. I suspect that the left burner is a "keep warm" area while the center and right side burner are the cooking areas. Keep an eye on the fullness of the grease collection cup depending upon the products you are cooking. After use, we used unflavored soda water to clean the residue from the griddle using a stiff spatula.
We made bacon, eggs, and fried potatoes for our initial trial and I look forward to doing burgers, hot dogs, grilled vegetables, and various items in the near future.

This is one solid piece of outdoor cooking equipment. We got it primarily to cook items like fish and burgers to keep the smell out of our house. Excellent value. Very easy to assemble. 25,000+ BTU assures it will get hot enough. The top ceramic plate is heavy enough to assure even heat distribution. I had to experiment a bit to make sure I did not overcook things. It is not heavy so you can take it on trips. Cleaning was a breeze. This unit did include the gas line and the regulator. But not the tank. Recommended.

What a nice quality portable grill made by Royal Gourmet that isn't to bulky to transport but has some weight to it which means it is quality and not a lot of plastic like a lot of products made today . It is made with three stainless steel burners with a total out put of 25000 BTU obtained by using a propane bottle which is not included but readily available at the Home Depot. It comes with a non stick cook top which is easily removed for cleaning and the control panel is also stainless steel. This is ideal for tail gate parties, camping as well as picnics or for cooking for small parties, so slip on down to the Home Depot and pick yourself up one or just order on the internet.

INSTALLER ERROR
Whoever installed the knobs on my grill must have been high on something overall a good grill couldnt wait for a replacement because of timing cant correct because it will destroy the knob
