Perfect gym floor. Thick and firm with some bounce
I bought these for my home gym area months ago and they are amazing.
I placed them over the bare cement foundation in my room and they provide the right amount of firmness and cushion for weight training. Firm enough for a stable stance when squatting or deadlifting, and enough bounce for a falling weight plate.
Compared to the flooring at a commercial gym, I prefer these tiles. These tiles are 3/4" thick and they just feel better than a commercial gym floor that's normally 3/8" thick.

I obtained the Rubber-Cal Eco-Sport 3/4 in. x 20 in. x 20 in. Terra Cotta Interlocking Rubber Tiles for use in my woodworking shop. Being a wood turner I spend several hours at a time standing in front of my lathe creating various bowls and vases. Using these tiles has greatly releived the stress and strain on my back from hours of standing. They provide a comfortable soft cushion with stable footing. They are easy to sweep clean or simply blow off with a leaf blower. I am so satisfied with them that I intend to obtain more for use in front of all of my machinery.

These twenty-inch-square tiles are heavy and tough. They are thick and resilient, and have a grid of raised squares on the bottom which allow ventilation as well as flexing action against weight.
They are designer for gym floors or basement floors, but also can be used in other applications...we have a 'hang out" room for our grandchildren, who like to sit on the floor or dance or do gymnastics. These tiles are perfect and provide good sound resistance.

These rubber tiles are very high quality. I couldn't believe the quality of the rubber that these tiles are made of. These are not your standard issue foam floor pads! They are heavy duty and will withstand anything thrown at them. We are using them indoors in the laundry area, but they are rated for outdoor environments also. Interlocking is quite easy, the mats have 2 holes on each edge that accept plastic pins which are included. In addition to the fatigue relief these pads offer, I have also noticed their ability to sound dampen. Overall I couldn't be more impressed!

while I would recommend this product, I would also suggest some better quality control be used in its manufacture. The depths of the holes used to insert the pins to connect the panels were almost an inch in difference in depth. I had to use an 11/64 inch drill bit to drill all of them to the same depth. Well this wasn’t difficult it was time consuming as I wasn’t sure which holes really needed to be drilled and which didn’t, but for the sake of ease-of-use I drilled all four holes on all of the panels. After all of the holes were drilled the panels snap together easily and look quite well together. They are easy on the feet, and while I have them at the backdoor now, I anticipate putting them in the garage at my workstation.

The Rubber-Cal Eco-Sport 3/4 in. x 20 in. x 20 in. Coal Interlocking Rubber Tiles can be configured anyway that your mind can imagine! They seem to be constructed of recycled materials and have 2 holes on each side for pegs. They ship 5 squares to a box and include a package of 20 pegs that can be used to interlock the tiles (if desired). Please note actual measurements are 3/4" x 19 1/2" x 19 1/2"!

These are solid! Dense material, fairly heavy, substantial rubber tiles. I have them set up to do some light weights on and I know my floor is protected! They are quite firm. If I was going to be lying on them to stretch or do crunches, I'd probably want a yoga mat underneath me, but they are great to have underfoot rather than standing on tile, wood or laminate--less stress on joints, better for working out or maybe around a work area where you spend a lot of time standing. There is an interlocking system (plastic dowels that fit into pre-drilled holes). It doesn't keep them perfectly together, however given the weight of them they stay in place pretty well and I think they'd stay together even better if I had a larger amount of them laid down together.

The Rubber-Cal Eco-Sport 3/4-inch thick 20-inch by 20-inch rubber tiles are a very versatile floor covering. Most commonly these would be used in weight rooms, but they are made from recycles tires so they can really take a beating. If you're not concerned with sunbleaching, they would make a nice floor for kids' outdoor play equipment. I used these around our outdoor spa, and all our guests have been very pleased.
The tiles are heavy and the connector pins help keep everything in place. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these.

These tiles are very good looking and are an excellent way to add cushion under your feet. They are perfect because you can arrange them to fit your space. Only negative is that it takes some work to get them to stay together if you aren't laying them on the entire floor, they tend to separate a bit when using them as a mat and not entire flooring. I feel that if you installed them as complete flooring they would stay together perfectly.

These Interlocking rubber tiles measure 20in x 20in and are 3/4in thick. The terra cotta color is more of a dark brownish red. They are heavy which is good because they won't be sliding. They are actually connected with plastic pins which are included. One side of the surface is plain but textured, the flip side is bumpy. There were no instructions included so I think they can be used on either side. The flat side under equipment and the bumpy side more for outside to clean off the footwear. You can even get a bit creative and make your own pattern mix of the available colors.
