YES HOME DEPOT DOES. IF THEY ARE A LITTLE LONGER ASK THEM TO CUT THEM FOR YOU AND TAKE THE SMALL PIECES AND MAKE A SMALL SHELF. YOU MAY WAN TO GET A SMALL CONTAINER OF PAINT TO MATCH AND A SMALL PAINT BRUSH AND PAINT THE END YOU HAD CUT, SO ALL MATCHES.

Sorry, The Home Depot does not carry a "single" tracked 14 inch shelf bracket. If needing 14-inch tracked shelf brackets, "twin" tracked shelf brackets and standards would need to be purchased. Single 14-inch shelf brackets may be purchased elsewhere. However, due to their length they have very low load carrying capacity which can result in shelf collapse if overloaded. Twin shelf brackets offer significantly higher load capacities when using wide shelves, however The Home Depot only carries 70-inch length "twin" shelf bracket standards rather than 72-inch length.

Wobbly bracket even fully inserted, poor quality control

If you prefer hand insert and take out bracket easily for adjustment and have heavier stuffs that can stabilize the shelf, it's the product to you. If you you want a stable shelf by itself, avoid these brackets. (The track is fine) There are many reviews saying the brackets are wobbly or not stable. While the usual reply is they are required to be tapped slightly, that do not work. That might work before (first time I used tried product), but definitely not the 10in and 12in brackets I recently got. The 2 little slots at the end are definitely too wide. I didn't even need to tap, I could fully inserted it into the single track. Tapping it did not do anything more. I attached a picture comparing it with one from competitor. The competitor's one has the slots noticeably narrower. To insert competitor's bracket, I did need to tap in into the track and it's stable after that (tried both Rubbermaid's track and competitor's track). I also attached a picture showing the bracket inserted into the track, you can see there is a gap between the bracket and the track because the slots on the bracket are too wide, as a result, it's very wobbly. Might be Rubbermaid should check with their suppliers if the brackets have been manufacturing to the correct specification.

I'm With Stan! How do you use these???
Customer review from Rubbermaid.com logo
I too am looking at these nifty bow-tie anchors and I challenge anyone at Rubbermaid to figure out how they are supposed to be put thru a 1/4 inch diameter hole without destroying your wallboard. I am a veteran of wall shelf systems but this one has me stumped. Using the pin or scrunching with fingers or tools. I don't get it. Better make a video of this one when you figure it out.

Avoid these. Use the double-track instead!
The single track system is absolute garbage. Whether the brackets will fit snugly and remain stable is hit or miss. I have used the single track system by Rubbermaid for many years, but within the past 5+ years, the brackets appear to be of much lower quality than older models. I have looked at two seemingly identical brackets; one which fits snugly into the track and one that is very loose. I cannot determine why one doesn't fit as well as the other. When you buy these brackets, it is hit or miss whether you get one that fits well or one that is loose. The double track system on the other hand, works very well. It is so much more stable than the single track system, and does not cost much more than the single track. If you want your shelves to stay up and not sway in the breeze like the single track system will do, spend a little extra and get the double track system! They both use the same shelves, so you can easily upgrade a single track system to double track at minimal cost and effort.
