Q:How do you connect the Rubbermaid Pulse caddy to this mop to refill? The connector on this is different from another Rubbermaid Hygen mop and the pulse caddy doesn't seen to lock on. Is this one made only to pour a solution?

    A:  There is a double-sided version of the product, however no version exists where the connector is blue.

      A:  To refill the Pulse Microfiber Spray Mop, unscrew the red cap at top of the reservoir counterclockwise, pour desired amount of solution into the reservoir, then reposition the red cap by screwing clockwise.

        Mopheads were defective. I sent 2 emails to report the problem and instead of a reply with a solution of replacement heads, they sent a survey asking about my satisfaction with my purchase. Obviously no one read the email and the survey was an automated response. So disappointing as these mops are more than 100.00 each!
