No butts about it...
We purchased three of the Rubbermaid Groundskeeper Smoking Receptacles for our municipal park. We are very pleased with the aesthetic appearance of the units and they seem to be physically substantial and durable (although they have been installed for only about a week at the time of this writing). This design is very handsome compared to the lower priced options. We also like the fact that the units can be bolted onto a concrete base or solid pavement. Emptying is easily accomplished with the steel insert that slides in/out from the top of the unit.

It is a good product & does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is a bit pricey but we have been using it for over a month now with no functionality issues.
