Is this a product to use (or what would you recommend) to use as a top coat for painted concrete, but be able to pressure wash off a year later? We are painting a senior parking spot and it has to be able to be pressure washed of at the end of the year.

How soon can you walk on it

will this resist oil staining? Can I just wipe up any oil or grease?
