Product Details

Rust-Oleum 310 Roof and Foundation Coating is a non-fibered asphalt emulsion designed for spray or roller application as a high quality primer and thin base coat for use with Rust-Oleum 350 Fibered Black Roof Coating and other black roof coatings. Coating fills pores and can bridge hairline cracks to stop water from entering through the surface. Product can be used as a damp proofer on vertical surfaces to protect against moisture penetration in roofing or building applications.
  • Fills surface pores and protects against moisture penetration as a primer or thin base coat
  • Non-fibered asphalt emulsion product protects and seals roofs and foundation walls
  • Rain resistant in 2-hours, can be used as a damp proofer on vertical surfaces
  • Apply on roller, squeegee, brush or spray on built-up and modified bitumen roofing or damp/green concrete
  • Dries to touch in 1-hour, back filled in 2-hours
  • Covers 50 sq. ft./Gal.

              easy to apply but does not dry in 2 hours....
              easy to apply but does not dry in 2 hours. Drying time was well over 10 hours at 90 degrees.
