The paint worked perfectly on plastic
I bought this paint to design my Keyblade for my Halloween costume. The Paint attached itself well to the plastic prop.
Overall, very pleased with the product.

Upon opening it, the color was more blue than black, which sent me looking to the label to verify...
Upon opening it, the color was more blue than black, which sent me looking to the label to verify the color. I even closed it back up, and thought about returning it. I eventually tested it on a piece of paper and it did dried black. My problem with this product is that everything I painted turned shiny.
Which caused me to have to re-paint all the other pieces I already recently spray painted with a flat black (that was actuallly dried flat). So that was money and time wasted. Not sure why it's not TRUE flat (Matte)

Uh oh, something is amiss here! It is important to thoroughly stir Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Ultra Cover General Purpose Paint prior to application. We also recommend mixing often during your application to ensure there is no settled pigment. This helps ensure an even and smooth finish.

I make hand-crafted repurposed cigar box amplifiers, speakers, and guitars. I recently purchased this general purpose paint to paint the surface of the speaker face. I was extremely pleased with this "latex paint." A little paint goes a long, long, way. It has great coverage and I had no show-thru. It tries extremely fast and left no streaks or uneven coverage. Since it dries so quickly, I can add additional coats sooner, which speeds up my build process. I would recommend this paint. I would rate it six stars if there were another star. Good stuff!

I was expecting this paint to be Flat, but there is still shine, so I purchased Behr chalk paint at HD on 23rd St. Jimmy in the paint dept. is excellent!

To ensure the proper sheen with Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Ultra Cover Paint, it is essential that the product is thoroughly mixed before each use and that care is taken to stir along the edges and bottom. We also recommend stirring often during your application. This will allow the flattening agents to be evenly distributed and prevent them from settling in the can.
