protection around toilet

Can this product be used to protect wood flooring around a toilet? I am installing engineered bamboo (click-lock) flooring in a powder room and my 7 year old isn't always careful with his aim.

Do not waste your time and money with this water based poly, we have had to start over as it scratches and peels after one week

Can I use this product over sanded and stained wood doors? If so, would I need to use a roller or the applicator pad?

I sanded and stained my red oak floors and I sealed with this top notch polyurethane. It gave me a great finish that is lasting, indicating very durable. I used an applicator suitable for polyurethane for the largest parts of the flooring. I was able to cut in with a brush that was suitable as well. Be certain that your stain is completely dry and the floor is very clean of any lint or dust particles. It offers a great finish. With a clean dry floor you should get great results. Good Luck.

Does this product yellow

Water based urethane top sealer will not yellow. Non water based polyurethane (old stuff) will.

I have been using this water based varnish for several years as a top coat over painted trim, doors and cabinets. This product flows very well and does not drag like other products I have tried. I use a high quality brush and lightly feather the current section into the previius. It dries perfectly.

I use this product on old wood floors after stripping them, I wanted something that would hold up well and not have to much of a sheen. It is almost impossible to mess up, I only put two heavy coats (rental houses) but 3 is best but dont go to heavy as it will be easier to gauche . Good Product
