I noticed some type of sweet smell from this product after spreading it on the floor. I am not sure it is good for you. How long does it take for the smell to go away?

I have big flooring project I will be tackling, I plan on using Varathane premium wood stain 3x (the kind that can be polyed in one hour). I was going to use the varathane high traffic poly, as i have used it before. But this product has caught my eye because of the price point. I need something that can be recoated fast, as i dont have much time to do this project. I have about 3,000 sq ft of floor, what should i apply this with? rolling is not an option as i have done that mistake with water based polys and it gets milky and stay that way. I just dont think brushing that much square feet is feasible, is there a pad that is recommended?

Yes. You want to buy the lambs wool with wood pad .( you'll need a pole to add) Very inexpensive and will smooth-out the polyurethane well. It can be washed with warm water to use again and again. basically, it will be similar looking like a broom.
