It is possible to use that Rust-Oleum Professional Inverted Striping Paint without the striping machine, but please keep in mind that this product is designed for use in an inverted position and will only spray out propellant if sprayed in an upright position. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5

        A:  400 LINEAR feet per can, not 400 sq ft as apparently Rustoleum's own customer support is purporting. 20 square feet of area coverage is correct as noted.
