Can I use Polyvine wax finish varnish over the glaze instead of poly? The varnish is soap and water clean up.

I’m going to use over well dried paint once my cabinets are ready but I don’t want this to come off so do I prevent it from coming off to keep them cabinets clean. Is they’re another step or will it dry not come off.

Can this be used on textured walls? I'm having a really heard time finding a can that say wall glaze.

How much time do I have to work with this before it starts to set up
