DO NOT DO NOT a BUY this brand
I purchased this freezer from another retailer in November and have had nothing but issues. Door won’t stay closed, called company they had to send me some brackets that were missing. Ok, but not before I loss several hundred dollars of product. So we rig it up, because apparently the doors weren’t properly adjusted to hit the ditches at the top to prompt the fan to come on. Ok, another loss of product. Now last week, the compressor blows and have been down for a week, oh yeah more loss product! As a business owner we don’t need these types of costly distractions. I do not recommend this brand to my worst enemy, in fact I urge SABA employees to abandon ship! I do admit it’s a pretty looking display case though! Throw it in the trash! Please heed my advice and do NOT buy this crap!

Perfect Freezer for our Shop
We are very satisfied with this freezer as it gives our shop a nice clean look and makes if well visible for customers to grab ice cream. The LED lighting is not well visible in the image at all but was a huge plus and surprise when we got it. I would recommend this to others who are looking to sell merchandise on the front of the shop as it's better looking than most merchandisers.

Highly Recommend this Purchase to Other Restaurant Owners
I'm very pleased with the lighting and how spacious the unit is. Purchased this unit about 2 years ago and it has been working great. It is also easy to move and clean underneath. We highly recommend this product as the inside and outside is all stainless steel, as many have plastic or aluminum interiors.

Glass door freezer isn't very easy to find that works well, and this one does! It has a triple pain glass so it keeps the inside temperature well insulated. The lighting is also very good looking with bright LED. We also have a solid door freezer and we are happy with both, but this one is even better looking. We recommend this freezer and brand as we have had both our units for 11 months and it works awesome. This one over exceeded our expectations.

Let us know who you attempted to get support from with your issue. Please contact us (phone number is on the interior of your unit) with your information and what exactly is going on with the unit so we can either send someone to take a look at it or replace the unit if it is not working.
