Just what I was hoping for!

Love this long runner for our bedroom hallway. It is thick and soft, and we haven't had any issues with it shedding! I purchased a rug pad before this came, and I honestly don't think it's super needed with this rug, but it does keep it from sliding. I like the subtle color in the light green/ivory version and love that it came in so many lengths so we could pick what works best for us!

Beautiful Design and Color

Beautiful design and colors. Well made. We have used it for a week and it sheds. Shedding is not as bad after vacuuming. Colors are shades of Blue and cream (not white).

Product dimensions are not accurate

The rug look as pictured but it is not 8ft by 8ft as written in the product specs. It actually measures 7ft 6in x 7ft 6in. I raised this to Home Depot which still hasn't updated the product specs, so writing this review so people know! Great rug if you need something smaller than 8x8.

Beautiful But Sheds A Lot

I really loved the look of this rug, it’s beautiful, but it never stopped shedding fine wool remnants even after vacuuming it for over a year. I have other rugs from this same manufacturer, but this was my first and last wool rug.

Hello - Thank you for your review. Shedding is common in all Wool Rugs. What happens is there is loose wool and this will fall out. The most shedding will occur in the first few months. Over time, this will be less and less but it will still continue. This is also mentioned on the back label of your rug. Safavieh

Beautiful rug! Nice pattern and colors. It is thick and heavy duty. Still waiting for one end to completely lie flat, but it will happen. Thankfully, I don't have the shedding problem like so many others have mentioned. Mine is being used in a low-traffic extra bedroom so it should look beautiful and last a long time.
