Redi Base is an 8 in. x 24 in. disposable, recycled plastic form for applying a base (footing) to a construction Tube formed, (on sight poured) in-ground, concrete column. Suitable for decks, porches, gazebos and light exterior structures, Redi Base equipped column foundations have greatly increased load bearing capacity, will resist tilting, sinking and in Northern areas, eliminate frost heave. Designed for use with the one pour, one piece (column and footing) same day system, Redi Base attaches to tubes with duct or filament tape in 2-minutes, no tools or lumber required. Simply push Redi Base down over tube, slide unit down to bottom and apply 3-4 passes of ductape. One size Redi Base fits 8 in., 10 in. and 12 in. Dia tubes, forms a solid one piece casting and conforms to National codes. (IBC- BOCA- CBC). In use, Redi Base's strong flexible domed shape and tough taped joint require no special excavation bottom leveling or leveling material. There are no rings to fit or cut off and the unit's soft sidewalls can deflect around any excavation obstructions. Redi Base is economical, tight stacking, compact and lightweight. Easy to transport, Redi Base requires only 2 cu. ft. of concrete to fill.

SQUARE FOOT Model SF22 Plastic Footing Form 22 in. x 16-1/2 in. x 22 in. used in conjunction with 8 in. and 10 in. concrete forming tubes. Depending on your project size will determine what size of column should be used in conjunction with our footing. Footing Forms provide greater concrete-bearing capacity and footprint to ensure the safety, strength and stability of your project. The excavation and placement of footing combined with column, backfilling and concrete pouring all in one day. The four parallel footing sidewalls easily facilitate the use of rebar without custom fabrication. Four structural points of contact to the ground make leveling easier. What was once a 3-day process being can now be completed in hours. Our unique square design provides the strongest footing by distributing loads over a larger footprint, providing for future product design, such as conversion of a deck to a sunroom or addition. In areas with frost, a 6 in. minimum footing thickness produces a thicker footing which greatly reduces uplift and lateral movement caused by frost heave. Reduces swelling in areas with expansive soil conditions such as clay, sand, silt and other soils. The SF22 uses 2 cu. ft. of concrete, equivalent to 3 lb. to 80 lb. bags easily found in the same concrete department. SQUARE FOOT conforms to all international and national building code requirements.
