This light has 3 LED’s per side. It is motion activated ot dusk to dawn. Since this is going up under the eve of the second story, I am setting it to the dusk to dawn setting. I am not sure the range of the motion sensor, but it would probably dissipate drastically that high. Mounting is via a single screw that attaches to a plate that screws into the electrical box. The housing is plastic. Hopefully the eve of the house will protect it from hail.

Very easy to install, very impressive range of light arm positions up to 270 degrees, and with plenty of light being cast at night, this light is what you want to illuminate a large area. The light has a test feature, then an Auto setting for motion detection, an on time feature, or if you prefer there is an on at dusk/off at dawn setting to have it on throughout the night. It only uses 45 watts! Affordably priced, it has a five-year warranty. It can be mounted anywhere; it is water-resistant so it can be used outside. I have mine on the side of my deck so it illuminates steps as well as the side of the house. In the winter months, this is where my woodpile is so I am going to appreciate the light. Let me say this is one of the brightest lights I have seen. It really makes no sense keeping older lights when this one is more economical to operate, and has no need for replacement bulbs. The sensor is sensitive. It picks me up about 50 ft away when I turn the corner around the garage. I feel better at night knowing this light is there, turning on when I need it and there to light up the yard when my wife or kids are home and I am out. For the entry price, the warranty, the ease of installation, the look, and the light it puts out, I can recommend this light.

The Sansi 45w 6,000 lumens flood light is a seriously bright flood light. If your needing to light up an area to really good or need a security light this is it. It’s definitely going to scare you when it senses your motion if you don’t know it’s there. I installed mine on my back porch to help light up the pool area I keep it on dusk to dawn. It does the job and it lights my back porch area so much I no longer need a light when grilling. The things I don’t like about it is it feel a little flimsy when adjusting the lights.

I replaced an older fixture outside my shop which use to consume 150 watts whenever it was on. This new light only uses less than a third of the electricity. It was easy to install, the arms with the lights move back and forth and up and down. The light given off was very bright and it tripped as it should when I pulled up to the shop. It was the easiest to install outside light I have ever put in.

The flood light have lots of good feature to like it. easy installation, is like typical light installation, waterproof, customized sensors and timing and design. Adjustable head and the day light feature are the perfect choice for me. For higher and long distance lighting is the perfect light to install. I do the test installation before install in the main circuit.

This well designed flood light can be set to a dawn to dusk mode which automatically turns the illumination on as soon as it starts to get dark in the evening and turns off when it starts to get light in the morning. Alternatively the lamp can be set to turn on when motion is detected. The direction of the light can be adjusted to wherever you need it.. The angle of the light is adjustable and the multiple LED elements provide brilliant illumination. The lamp can be installed on a wall or a post with a single screw and then connected to a supply of electricity.

I love this new motion sensor light. Was a bit bright to look at but after some slight angle adjustment it is OK now. Does a great job lighting up the back yard. Had initial problem with the light being on all the time. Played with the timing setting position and now seems to work correctly. Very bright, covers my yard very well. Installation is extremely easy.

It looks great and is super bright, like its day time again. has a standard 3 wire connection and comes with hardware and instructions with pictures. comes with a 5 year warranty. the following is a list of it controls and features. their is a mode switch with 4 settings, test, auto, on time, d2d. and 3 knobs lux, time, range mode switch - test - mode works day or night, lights come on for 5 seconds , for setting up the unit - test range and light angle, etc' auto - led only lights at night time, comes on 1 - 10 seconds [ time knob ] in auto with a external switch, you can turn the unit off and back on again for it to stay on for upto 8 hours at night. the unit will not illuminate in auto if it detects more then 150 lux from a external source . it will automatically switch back into auto mode on the next cycle. on time - direct control mode with a external switch - leds will turn on and off with the external switch in the day or night time. D2D- leds turns on at night and turns off during the day knobs - lux - control knob for brightness sensitivity to external light sources time - light on time for motion detected range - motion sensor range. I think this light is a beast as I have never seen a residential security light that is this bright, like wow.

This lamp has 6 circular lamps that look kinda futuristic. They are very adjustable so you can aim the light where you need it most. You can adjust the brightness, the motion sensor range, time the lights stay on from 1-10 minutes or even dusk to dawn. Installation to replace an existing light took about 10 minutes to do, very straightforward. I would recommend this product.

My product arrived undamaged and with all mounting hardware. The mounting bracket was a little substandard. The mounting screw hole that holds the light in place stripped out-therefore I had to re-tap the hole and use a slightly larger diameter screw to mount the light in place. The light has plenty of settings for dusk to dawn, distance for it to come on and sensor and light bar adjustments. The 6000 lumens is plenty to light up the driveway and even cast enough light in the back yard. I highly recommend this LED Security Light for your exterior lighting needs.
