Seachrome's Ventura Portable Tub Seat is thoughtfully designed to be an ADA compliant portable shower tub seat option with a 3" riser and adjustable features. Much like Seachrome's Redondo Tub Seat, the tub seat is made for alcove tub use with an inside depth of 13-1/8" to 14-5/8," but has the addition of a 3" riser for added height. The seat features adjustable dual tub clamps to securely anchor the tub seat in place and #304 stainless steel adjustable swing-down legs for added stability. Made to securely fit a variety of tub sizes, the tub clamp adjusts from a width of 3-1/8" to 5-7/8" and the legs have adjustable leveling feet that allow the seat to adjust a 1-½," from a seat height of 16-1/8" to 17-5/8." Constructed with solid ½" phenolic and #304 stainless steel, the seat is water, rust, and corrosion resistant. The seat is built for reliability and everlasting use, supporting up to 250 pounds and satisfies all ADA code requirements when properly installed. Its intentional design promotes easy water drainage through cutout slots and contact areas are lined with rubber padding to prevent friction and possible tub damage. The seat can be fully removed from the tub and folded and collapsed for easy storage to maximize shower space when not in use. Its portability enables use for travel to apply use wherever you go. The Ventura Seat is ideal for seniors, injury recovery, and physical disabilities to prevent slips and falls in the tub and maintain your independence at home.
