Do not purchase
Had problems with backfiring, took it to a dealer. The dealer mentioned that the pressure washer wasn't designed properly the engine was too small for the pump they turned down unloader valve so now it's putting out 2,600 PSI. I changed the spark plug from another suggested review. That helped went to change the oil for the first time had problems getting the drain plug out the drain plug should be easy peasy as you can see from the pictures the drain plug is not set Over the Hole. Will never purchase another Simpson again, since I received the run around after calling on the phone.

Do not buy
Engine is bolted to the wrong frame. I bought the same one from Tractor Supply as well and it was delivered the same way. Waste of time and money. After speaking with customer service they were unaware and had no fix. I had to return both. Poor quality control.

This pressure washer makes light work of any cleaning task. Be mindful using the red tip, it will penetrate through facia boards, screens etc.

Great machine overall. Never settle for vertical shaft pressure washers if you want one to live longer then 2 years. This is a great pressure washer and pump. Highly recommend for someone who uses it more then just twice a year.

Rugged, reliable Pressure Washer
GoRiver Marine has been using this pressure washer for a few years without any issues. We have worn out the original hose and gun, which were upgraded with commercial grade parts. We use this equipment hard and it keeps on running. Thanks for making a great machine.

So Far, So Good
This item was purchased to clean mostly concrete surfaces around a business complex. I have only had it a few days but have already put about 6 hours of operation on it. So far, very pleased with the pressure washer. The two photographs are of a concrete area in front of a dumpster cage which was almost black with grime. As you can see, it did a good job of cleaning the concrete. I will say that, as many others have mentioned, the Honda GX200 seems somewhat finicky to start. Most of my gas powered equipment from lawn mowers to generators are Honda and they usually start on one pull. Not this engine. I followed the enclosed "Supplemental Starting Instructions" that came with it. Still took a number of pulls and messing with the choke, throttle, etc. to fire up. Once warm though, it starts fine. It's early, but so far the thing works very well

My first pressure washer and I am glad I bought it. I recently retired and have more time to do work around the home. My sidewalk and driveway were long over due for cleaning. The last time I had it done it was a few hundred dollars and they did a great job but I figured if I did it myself that would pay for the machine with just a couple of uses.
Very simple to set up with clear instructions, It started after about 3 pulls on the cord and I was happy with that as I had never used one before and was not quite sure how much throttle and choke to use but it was not a problem. I added a surface washer and it did a great job. I will post a picture of one spot with a before and after.

Small, light weight, maneuverable, and powerful
I couldn't be happier. I got this primarily to clean up after mowing or washing the cars. It does so much more. We were going to replace the pickets on our fence, but decided to try the pressure washer instead. We were amazed. Great machine.

So far so good
Only used it a couple hours so far, only issue I have is it takes a little while for the pump to give consistent power - Pressure fades in and out. Need to let it warm up and the pump to catch
up I guess??? Not sure
