Not built well
When I first used it I thought it was a great pressure Washer. But after a few uses the buffler bolts came loose and won't even broke. Then the gun broke after five uses. And the worst thing is the oil. View window leaks oil. Just seems like the assembly was not done well. If you still choose to buy it with recommend tightening everything before using.

The black box muffler sheared off its bolts and fell off of the power washer the 4th time I used ...
The black box muffler sheared off its bolts and fell off of the power washer the 4th time I used it. I had washed 2 houses and a fence. The muffler was hot and burned the grass that it fell on. Also, one of the rubber feet that it rests on fell off the 1st day. I would not recommend this one.

Great machine with a couple of flaws.
I've had this machine for only a week and only 1 hour and 20 minutes of run time on the hourmeter I installed, so this review is only an initial assessment.
The machine is a beast and not for the frail, it's heavy, the monster hose needs to be rolled, not lassoed, and the recoil from the pressure is a good 30 pounds, so be prepared to get a good workout in. Otherwise, besides it's few flaws, I love it. I ran it at 2750 rpms on the first use to break it in and really, that's more pressure and volume than most other machines put out at full power, and at that rpm the engine sounds like it's just cruising along rather than screaming.
The one major flaw is the pressure release valve installed on the pump, when you shut the machine down it sometimes squirts cold water on a very hot engine resulting in a cloud of steam and the engine complaining with all sorts of crackling sounds from the sudden and unequal contraction on one side of the cylinder wall. I solved the flaw with a rubber elbow and a stainless hose clamp, something Simpson could do for pennies. The other issue is the grab handle that goes over the engine, it doesn't fit squarely against the other handle and I had to leave it off.

Nice power..easy to assemble
Started on my second pull ...one pull after that...not sure why I read so many reviews saying it's hard to pull. obviously I have no pressure in the line and handle depressed while starting and shutting down...great flow and power on many throttle settings...it just purred....great buy very pleased

Really powerful!
Brace yourself before you pull the trigger, this baby will knock you on your butt. I am able to rinse 3 story gables from the ground with just the 30” extension. My 12’ extension wand and the soap nozzle applies the solution to that height. I added a 5000 psi gauge and, sure enough, I get 4400 psi with the Simpson motor using a 100’ hose.
The pull cord location is a little awkward. The entire unit wants to turn as you pull. I put my foot on the wheel to hold it still but watch that you don’t damage the valve stem like I did. I wish it had an optional battery starter, I’m in good shape and I have to pull real hard for a one-pull start. When shutting it off, bring the wand back to the machine with you because you need to pull the trigger to release pressure if it doesn’t start on the first pull. The unit is well balanced and easy to roll up a ramp into my van.
This unit paid for itself with one job. Of corse it
was a big place...

I have only used the machine on one job so far. But, so far I am very happy with this machine. I do some pressure washing for my lawncare customers and I'd been using my old 2400 psi 2 gpm machine that I had been using around the house. Well the pump finally gave out so it was a good time to step up a notch. This machine is powerful. I really have to hold on to the gun. The extra gpm 's really help when rinsing. It's a breeze to move around. It usually starts the first pull. It's got 50 feet of hose as opposed to 20. I have a 100 foot hose and it handles it just fine. Lots of pluses. It's only been a couple of weeks, but so far sooooo good!

Perfect Power
This pressure washer for the money your not gona find anything that comes close.It has a AAATriplex pump, which I think are the best pumps and long as you flush and use a pump saver of some sort after every use they last forever.I have a Window Cleaning and pressure wash business so I put a lot of hours on my machines.This machine is perfect cause you can adjust the pressure with the unloader valve and it also works great to bead blast stuff with.Like I said for the money this machine is the best and can pretty much do everything,just buy it! You won’t regret it,trust me,I own five of them.....
