The cutting board I received with sink, does not fit in etched-out track of sink. The board is much thicker & longer. I paid a lot more to include accessories, so I’m not sure what to do since sink is installed now

What's the difference between the crisp white and white? The white one is 48% off but the crisp white is full price.
Hello! There is no difference in the crisp white and the white version other than the crisp white version (SK499-30FC) does not come with any accessories. Currently the "white" version (SK499-30FC-B) comes with a basket strainer drain and it is on sale. Additionally, we have a version of this sink that comes with a disposal flange (SK499-30FC-D) and that is also currently only sale. Does the 36" double bowl version of this sink have an overflow feature? In other words is the divider between bowls slightly lower such as to allow spillover?
Yes, our Bradstreet II 36" has what we call a "demi-divider" which means the divider is lower between the bowls to allow for spillover. Thank you!
