A:  This sink handles wear and tear very well over time, the living finish on the sink can get damaged, but will always come back on it's own, returning to the dark, antique look you see in the photos above. This is a copper sink so it will change different shades of color as the metal reacts with food, soap, and water. Copper only turns green in certain circumstances, in the kitchen it happens when you use harsh cleaning chemicals or let acidic food dry on the sink which is why we recommend washing the sink only with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth and just rinse the sink out after use. You can use Sinkology Copper Armor or any high grade carnauba wax on your sink to help maintain the current look of your sink, the wax makes water bead up and drain quicker while it forms a barrier on the sink, limiting the change in color on the metal. The sink a faucet look and work perfectly; I did not use the soap dispenser. The original product shipped without the disposal flange and it took about a week to get the part form the supplier. The sink did not come with a template so the it was more difficult for the installer to cut the opening for the sink into the granite. No additional accessories were offered as add-ons for the product, making it much more difficult to find other needed items. Most people have dishwasher and need an air gap; to be perfect, this should be included in the kit.

The parts I received where good however pieces were missing and I had to order them separately and pay for them again.! Not good should stand behind order and make it complete.

The product was shipped short of the garbage disposal flange which necessitated over a two week d...
The product was shipped short of the garbage disposal flange which necessitated over a two week delay for installation. There was a week delay for the wrong flange (sink basket flange) to be shipped instead of the garbage disposal flange and another week delay in getting the proper one. This was time consuming and very, very frustrating. Also, at the time I finally was able to install the "kit" I discovered that it takes special hose connections to install the faucet that are not included in the "all-in-one" kit. This is not a kit! The product itself seems to be okay, but that will have to be proven over the course of use. At this point, I think I could have saved more time and money and would have been better off to buy individual components off of the shelf from other suppliers than to buy this mis-advertised and incomplete "all-in-one" kit.
