Q:This drain does not fit the Bradstreet II either. Yes, I understand that every sink will have a different thickness but to only offer a one size with the strainer won't cut it either. You can add more plumber's putty but why do that when it supposed to

Wrong drain for farmhouse sink
This drain was recommended when we purchased the SINKOLOGY farmhouse sink. The drain neck is not long enough to accommodate the thickness of the bowl. Do not buy this drain for your farmhouse sink. Drain neck needs to be longer than 2.64” to work.

does not fit sink
purchased several months ago as recommended item to go with sink. finally have plumber finishing up our new construction only to be told it doesn't fit. he installed what he had which is cheap looking i was wanting the branded brushed nickel. returning to store if they will take them. so frustrated.

Hi there - please do return your drain. We have listened to customer feedback and designed a heavy duty drain that is designed to fit thicker sinks like fireclay. That option would be a better fit for your needs.

Frustrated SINKOLOGY Owner
I bought this drain/basket as it was the one recommended for the Fireclay Sink I purchased. The basket isn't deep enough for this type of sink (I couldn't thread the ring on the basket) so I had to source a deep enough drain/basket (which was time consuming and frustrating) to install the sink. How SINKOLOGY isn't aware of this problem is hard to understand.
