A:  Does the tag say "miss sandra" on it? Trying to make sure before I order it for someone. To answer your question, that is a huge descrpency. Here in the South they definitely grow over 25ft so i wonder if the cultivator is down here. Maybe the online listing is made somewhere like the NW where they grow smaller?

A:  Bought 2 last year that were about 3’ tall, and lost 1 within 2 weeks thereafter due to Hurricane Laura. This 1 is replacing the 1 previously lost. Will be a great addition to the front view of house. Recommend not to plant close to slabs or driveways because of shallow root systems.

        Impressed
I have ordered several plants (mostly ferns and crepe myrtles)in the last couple of weeks from Home Depot and I have been impressed. One crepe myrtle ended up doing a tour of the southern states during record heat due to an issue with the carrier. It shipped on the 22nd from Florida stopped over in Georgia and finally to Texas only to be turned around in error and sent back to Georgia a brief stop in Mississippi and then back to Texas. A total of 7 days in a box I just knew it would be dead, but I think it will be okay.

          Happy with this crape myrtle
Very happy with this crape myrtle. Was dormant received, but flushed out with leaves a day or so after planting. Larger and less expensive than another crape I ordered from a nursery. Not sure if it will bloom this year, but next year for sure.

Crape Myrtle arrived in pretty good condition. Had prepared an area to await its delivery. 2 months later, it’s blooming and growing very good. It came about 2’ tall, looked kinda small in comparison to the ones I had purchased last year. But new growth and getting bigger every day. I recommend this crape myrtle with its beautiful purplish color. Great value for the money. No regrets !
