Interior of unit not as spacious as I had expected. Didn't fit very well on the counter, but was able to be placed on a utility cart. Hose will leak during wash from connection in back of dishwasher at times. Be sure to monitor during wash. Cleans and sterilizes dishes and utensils well. Very quiet and easy to connect. Looks nice. A good unit for occasional light use.

I've had this thing up and running for going on a month now and I'm super impressed! This dishwasher has been an incredible addition to our 5th wheel. In the beginning I had to do some hunting for the right connection pieces to hook it up to my fancy kitchen faucet, but it only took one trip to my small town hardware store and the help of a staff member and the owner. We ended up replacing the quick connect piece with a standard hose size quick connect and then found the appropriate adapter. After that it just took a few washes to figure out the cycles and soap amounts. After all that I'm still very much in love with this product!

I researched these little dishwashers as well as the 18" portable floor models. They all seemed to have some negative reviews but these countertop models just had so many positive comments. I really don't need a full sized dishwasher, and had a spot where according to the measurements it would fit, so in the end decided to go with this one. I received it yesterday and immediately set it up. I shortened my microwave cart and this unit fit almost perfectly. It was very well packaged but even so when I spun the spray arm around it was catching on the rack and I could see that the bottom of the unit had been dented upwards ever so slightly. I gave it a few semi-forceful taps with the butt of my hand from inside and it settled right back down. I had to remove the existing aerator from my faucet but that was easy enough. Screwed in the new quick release aerator that came with the dishwasher and followed the rest of the set up directions. I was concerned about leaks at the connections but all was good. I have run 2 full "light" cycles so far with the dishwasher fully loaded and am so happy with the results. It is very quiet except when draining. Then it's about as loud as your faucet running full blast but this only lasts a few brief seconds. I checked the water on the drain cycles and it was steaming hot so that made me feel confident my dishes were getting sterilized. The "light" cycle for me lasted 1 hour 10 minutes (I set my oven timer to track it). All my plates, glasses, silverware etc came out spotless and were almost dry as soon as the dishwasher buzzed. I did however make sure that all my dishes were well rinsed before loading. I think that is key to getting them clean. For me that's still better than standing at the sink for 30 minutes to an hour washing by hand! It's only been two runs but I am so happy with this purchase and if it continues this well, I would definitely recommend it to anyone debating purchasing one of these. I hope to eventually have it framed into one of my lower cabinets but even as is, it's a keeper.

    Washes great!
I love this dishwasher, it's perfect for a family of three. I still have to wash the larger dishes by hand, but it still saves me a lot of time and backaches! The only con would be its size, it's fairly large and doesn't fit on my countertop (tiny kitchen) so it sits on my dining table. I am still very pleased with my purchase.

    The Greatest "Little" Appliance EVER.
This is honestly the greatest little appliance ever. I love this dishwasher. It's small, but it does the job VERY well. I've washed pots and pans, regular dishes, glassware, and silverware. Everything comes out clean. The assembly was beyond easy. I'm sure I could have given it to my three-year-old, and he could have done it. Make sure you use a jet-dry type product, it makes a WORLD of difference. I also use Cascade liquid detergent, because I prefer it over powder... just personal preference. I live in a home built in 1948, and it has all the original kitchen features, including no dishwasher. I had NO IDEA this little gem existed, until the week I bought it. After all the research across a LOT of websites, I decided on this one, and it is so great. Great value, great purchase, great machine, I love everything about it. It has been a LIFE SAVER. I highly recommend it, if you don't have a dishwasher, don't have the means or option for installing a dishwasher, or whatever. It's fantastic. I got it shipped-to-store, and it arrived a full week before they said it would... IMPRESSED! I will probably keep it and use it for small jobs even after we remodel our kitchen. I swear, get this, you won't be disappointed.

    Loving It!
This is our first dishwasher and we love it. I love it because I'm not consistent with chores and feel guilty about it. She loves it because it saves her nails and doesn't keep her up at night washing dishes. The only issue has been that sometimes the soap doesn't dispense. Otherwise works as expected. This product has brought an easiness to my household. Thank you!!

    We built it in
Shipping was on-time, packing was good and not excessive. We chopped of the hot and cold water hoses and connected them permanently to a source and a drain in an outdoor application. We'll disconnect the hoses at the back of the unit for winter storage. Loading is a little challenging but it's quiet and it cleans well. It even looks nice. We're happy.

    Countertop Dishwasher-Small & Mighty
I received this item and was excited because it fit perfectly where I needed it to fit and was easy to install. Because I have very limited space I enjoyed the design and ease of use. The problem however was that while it seems the features would have fit my needs, the quality of the components are a bit flimsy. The back fittings fell apart after a few uses and kept leaking during the cycle so I had to put some elbow grease into it and really fit them tightly and add some washers to make it water tight. I should have been more suspicious when opening the item and noticed water was already in the system as it appeared that it might have been a returned/refurbished item from someone else but it did do the job. Home depot in my experiences has always stood behind their products so for that I will continue buying their products and will rest assured that should I have problems they will help me resolve them. This brand however is not one I would recommend for purchase if you do have the space and can accommodate a more durable machine.

    Overall perfect for me
I ordered this about three weeks ago and I put it to work as soon as it was installed. I have never installed anything and with my very weird faucet I needed help from my grandfather. But he did it in minutes and said it was simple and would have been easier with a normal faucet. I had an entire counter and sink of dishes and it took a couple days to get them all clean but it worked perfect! I use a lot of Tupperware for work and I was worried it wouldnt clean them well like a few of the reviews said but as soon as I put rinse aid in as well as the dish soap it worked great. Just rinse off and put it in and it comes out great! And it gets rid of the smell the plastic holds which I could never do by hand washing. It held a pot, pan and a small pot, plus the lids and they all came out perfect! It looks tiny but holds quiet a bit if you know how to put them in there. My big plates have to be tilted but they still come out clean. I put mine where a normal size dishwasher would go but on a makeshift stand (until I can make one). It fit great and I cut a whole in the top of the counter to feet the connector through to get it to the sink. I dont have a lot of counter space so this was the perfect solution. (see pictures for a better idea.) I think this is PERFECT for a one or two person home. And if you use it the way it says then it works amazing for the price. The only thing I don't like is that it is pretty hard to see when the rinse aid is full/empty. The little tiny window isn't big enough to see the liquid like it says in the instructions. So I fill it slowly and have to figure it out that way. Also if I start seeing spots on my glasses I know I need to refill it. It might bother someone but not really a big deal for me.
