Protect and beautify your foundation insulation or ICF, (Insulated Concrete Forms), by applying FlexCoat 80 SF 2 Gal. foundation coating. The coating protects the rigid foam insulation board or ICF from U.V. exposure and light physical damage. The coating can also be used to create attractive brush like or swirl finishes on concrete, brick or masonry walls or to finish drywall without the hassle of mudding. The coating also helps control moisture.

NOT GREY
I ordered this in grey, the only two options being white and grey. I received brown. I will use because it is going on the back of a bar and I am stressed for time, but now I have to paint it grey.

Our driveway was an eyesore
We are preparing to sell our house and our driveway was an eyesore, even after pressure washing it. We were looking for a product to apply to the vertical concrete walls, a product that didn't look like the shiny paint you often see on retaining walls. This product worked beautifully and looks great. We applied it using a hopper gun, but it could just as easily be applied by roller. We bought 4 gallons and used up every bit of it to cover what you see in the pictures. Since it took more than a week to get, our recommendation would be that you buy more than you need, rather than cutting it close. We are already seeing other places (foundation walls?) that we might have used it to cover had we known how good it was. We were this close to purchasing a Sherwin Williams product to cover these walls, and we are so glad we didn't. The end product isn't shiny, so it doesn't draw your eye like the waterproofing products usually do.
