Yes, you can use it to patch a small hole less than 2 inches.
Can I repair water damage on a ceiling with this tape?
Yes, however, you will need to research what else needs to be repair in conjunction with the tape. The tape alone will not repair water damage.
If the adhesiveness of this tapes starts to diminish after a few months of shelf life, is there anything I can do to it to get it's sticky mojo back?
Hello, The adhesive itself will not hinder the function of the tape. If you find the tape is no longer sticky, you can apply a thin coat of compound to the wall and then apply the tape. Thank you
