The new Jet Bot intelligently avoids objects while LiDAR sensors adjust cleaning performance on multiple surfaces for an optimized clean. Use the no-touch, hygienic Clean Station to automatically empty the dustbin and prevent dust from being released back into your home. A convenient and hygienic way to empty your dustbin while trapping 99.999% of fine dust. Using Max mode, in accordance with the IEC62885-2 Cl. 5.11 standard.

        Great suction power
        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 weeks ago. It really does a great job. We had a no brand and it just didnt do a good job. My jet-bot has great suction. We no longer have to go behind and sweep what was left behind. It picks everything up.

          Buy Roborock
          The software has gotten worse. I've been using it for a little over a year. It worked fine for the first few months, but I now have to do manual vacuum work and stopped using it. It comes to the dock almost immediately without cleaning the whole area. I picked up any obstacles every time before I started the vacuum. I've been using a Roborock for 4-5 years on the other story, and it works perfectly! I am a Samsung fan, but I gotta be honest. Please update the software so that my vacuum makes the perfect journey.

            Can't Schedule By Room
            The US version does not allow you to schedule cleaning by room only the entire house. Samsung claims that this is not a feature yet it is offered in other locations via the Smartthings app.

              This vacuum will RUIN your wooden furniture legs. The edges of the vacuum will dig into any wooden legs causing thousands in damages to repair.

                So many issues with this
                Ive written another review of this where the cliff sensor was not working every time it went over a certain black and white carpet which made it literally inoperable as it would just stop every night. This carpet is under our kitchen table. They just told me to clean the sensor which i did but that didnt stop the issue. Fast forward another 2 months - my LIDAR sensor stopped working. It is simply sitting in the corner as a heavy, expensive paperweight now. Thankfully it is still under warranty (i only bought it in feb, so 8 months ago) so lets see how the warranty process goes. Funny part is most of the 5 star reviews I have read say - incentivized review. Wonder why!

                  Bad bad
                  I wasted my money on this vacuum cleaner. It is hard to set up and it doesn't do the job. Constantly goes off and drives whole family crazy. Goes backwards and stuck in some corners for no reason. I don't recommend this thing to anyone.

                      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have used four times. One charge should last at least an hour. Toward end of cleaning vacuum goes to charging station for charge. Then starts when charged. One negative feature is it could start in middle of night.

                        Ineffective, Overpriced. This vacuum is really expensive and can't handle simple pet hair on hardwood floors. it just pushes it around in piles and leaves it all over my home. The filter sensor gets tripped and requires cleaning on a weekly basis. This vacuum is way more hassle than the convenience it's suppose to deliver. I previously had a 10 year old Roomba, and that ancient Roomba worked 100X better than this brand new Power Bot

We recommend that if the cleaning area is a wooden floor, installing the Clean Station along the grain of wooden floors is best. And if the Jet Bot cannot vacuum clumps of dirt, some may remain on the floor after cleaning. - Please use another cleaning tool to clean them regularly.                           good but cliff sensor error drives me nuts.
                          I bought this and the s23+ together a couple of months ago. Overall the product is good but oh my God, the cliff sensor issue drives me nuts. If you have a black rug with a white design on it, this product is useless as it gives you a cliff sensor error. It thinks the robot is about to fall off a cliff and it stops working. It's pretty much useless at that point. However if I avoid that area, which is my kitchen table) it works fine. However the area I wanted this for wad the kitchen table area so it's pretty much a loss at this point.
