Dropped in on my first dado cut. I did used...

Dropped in on my first dado cut. I did used Incra ibox jig so my fingers were behind the fence and not even close to the blade. I was lucky that my blades didn't get destroyed. System isn't perfect and pops if it feels that something isn't right and not if your fingers hit the blade. Thats what customer service rep told me. they sent me a replacement, but I'm more worried if every time they will send me a new replacement once it will not feel right and will pop.
