I see it says they work for right or left hand, but how do you reverse it? I can't see any way to remove the lever from the lockset.

After closing and locking the door, the door unlocks from the outside when the handle is jiggled downward. When the handle is jiggled upward, it says locked. Do you have any suggestions?
I purchased 5 of these handsets and two of them have this problem. It seems to be a common failure.

The bed and bath handle is upside down when installed on the right side of the door. Is there a way to change which side of the door the lock button is on. Right now when I install it, the button is on the wrong side of the door
You can install the lock so that the pushbutton and pin hole are on the correct sides of the door. You will then remove the levers and swap them around to accommodate handing.
