For the price it should last longer
It is a wonderful lock when it works. I have bought 2 of these, basically 1 every year or so for the same door and with both the keypad stopped working. I tried to contact their customer service to get it fixed but they never got it fixed for me.

This is the 2nd time I purchased this lock as the first one failed after 5 months. This is the 2nd one I purchased and is still working intermittently. I would not recommend !
